Meal planner with grocery list

One weekly plan. One grocery list. No ingredient scavenger hunt.

Choose the meals first. Meal Planner combines their ingredients, merges duplicates, removes pantry items and gives you a list to check off at the store.

  • Duplicates merged
  • Household quantities
  • Pantry-aware list

From meals to checkout

A grocery list should be the output of the plan

Lists built from memory collect products. Lists built from meals collect complete dinners, lunches and breakfasts.

1

Plan only the meals you need

Select days and meal types, then set diet, cooking time, household size and budget.

2

Combine every ingredient

The app merges repeated ingredients across the week and scales amounts to your portions.

3

Shop from one live list

Check off items as you go. Swap a meal and the list updates instead of drifting out of date.

Less list cleanup

The useful work happens before you enter the store.

A disconnected recipe folder and shopping note force you to total ingredients by hand. Meal Planner keeps the meal, quantity, estimate and grocery item in the same workflow.

What the combined list handles

  • The same tomato, onion or spice used in several meals.
  • Quantities adjusted for one person or a larger household.
  • Staples marked as already available in your pantry.
  • Changes caused by swapping an unwanted meal.

Want the manual version too? The printable weekly grocery list is free and works without the app.

Grocery list FAQ

The plan and list stay synchronized

Does the grocery list combine ingredients from different meals?
Yes. Ingredients from the week are combined into one list, repeated items are merged and quantities are scaled to the household size you selected.
Can the grocery list leave out food I already have?
Yes. Add pantry items and exclusions before generating the plan so the final list focuses on what you still need to buy.
What happens to the list when I swap a meal?
The grocery list and weekly cost estimate update with the replacement meal, keeping the plan and list connected.
